<正>在我国嗜酸性粒细胞增多以寄生虫感染多见,尤其是华支睾吸虫感染,轻者仅有消化道不适症状,重者出现多系统受累,发展为嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征。寄生虫感染出现的嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征临床上多见,但出现华支睾吸虫、蛔虫合并感染且嗜酸性粒细胞百分比高达70%以上的却很少见。1病例资料患者男性,49岁,因"乏力、腹胀1个月"于2018年5月31日入本院。自诉1个月前突觉乏力明显,偶有上腹部胀痛,进
