<正>1病例资料患者男性,56岁,藏族。因"发现肝包虫病18年,间断腹胀1年"于2017年3月23日就诊于青海大学附属医院。入院查体无明显阳性体征。既往长期居住于青海牧区,诊断"包虫病"后持续口服"阿苯达唑"治疗,逐年复查显示病灶逐渐增大。腹部CT(图1)提示肝右叶直径约17. 2 cm×17. 8 cm高低混杂密度灶,与周围组织分界不清,增强后边缘强化,肝右静脉、肝中
