The era of the reversal of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis: Current status and challenges

  • 摘要: 越来越多的临床研究表明,有效的病因治疗可以逆转肝纤维化/早期肝硬化。纤维化逆转的准确评估对于治疗决策及判断预后具有重要价值。然而目前肝纤维化及肝硬化逆转的组织学"金标准"仍待完善,肝纤维化逆转的无创评估仍有争议,能否改善临床硬终点尚需长期队列观察,同时抗纤维化新药的临床疗效尚有待进一步证实。
