Three cases of peritoneal mesothelioma

摘要

摘要: <正>腹膜间皮瘤为原发于腹膜间皮组织的罕见肿瘤。由于其发病罕见、起病隐匿、临床表现不典型,且尚无特异的血清生化学、影像学辅助检查手段,使得早期诊断颇具挑战性,尤其对于合并其他疾病的患者,更易漏诊。本文对本院收治的3例经活组织病理检查和免疫组化检测确诊腹膜间皮瘤患者的临床资料进行总结,以期提高其早期诊断率,改善预后。
