<正>1病例资料患者女性,67岁,因"间断性右上腹胀痛不适20 d"于2017年7月10日入院。既往体健。查体:上腹部深压痛。辅助检查:肝功能示AST 68. 9 U/L、ALT 71. 8 U/L,胆红素未提示升高,肿瘤标志物糖链抗原（CA） 19-9、CA125、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（neuron-specific enolase,NSE）在正常范围内。上腹部
