摘要: <正>肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae,KP)是医院和社区获得性感染的常见致病菌,其除了可以导致肝脏脓肿病灶外,还可以血源性播散,引起肝外感染如肺脓肿、眼内炎、脑脓肿、脊髓炎、肾周脓肿等,即侵袭性肺炎克雷伯菌肝脓肿综合征(invasive Klebsiella pneumoniae liver abscess syndrome,IKLAS)。IKLAS临床表现多样,缺乏特异性且较为隐匿,常常被临床医生忽视,从而导致延误治疗。为提高临床医生对该病的认识,
