摘要:
<正>原发性肝血管肉瘤（primary hepatic angiosarcoma,PHA）又称血管内皮细胞肉瘤或恶性血管内皮瘤,是一种罕见的由肝窦内皮细胞异型增生所形成的肝脏原发性恶性肿瘤,约占原发性肝脏恶性肿瘤的2%[1-4]。本文报道1例82岁行手术切除的PHA患者,是目前文献报道的该病行手术切除的最大年龄者,并进行相关文献复习。1病例资料患者男性,82岁,因"阵发性胸闷胸痛10余年,加重1周"
