<正>1病例资料患者男性,46岁,因"间断性发热2月余"入本院。既往:乙型肝炎后肝硬化病史18年,未系统治疗。查体:剑突下可触及一质硬肿物,伴压痛。入院后完善相关检查,肝胆脾胰多排CT平扫+三期增强提示:肝左叶见团块状低密度影,大小约15. 3 cm×11. 6 cm,动脉期不均匀强化,门静脉期及平衡期强化程度减低,病
