A case of IgG4-related autoimmune pancreatitis

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,61岁,主因"皮肤、巩膜黄染6 d"于2018年1月30日入本院。6 d前患者无明显诱因出现皮肤、巩膜黄染,伴间断上腹胀痛,进食后加重,伴恶心,无呕吐,无寒战、发热,病程中无酱油色尿,2个月体质量减轻10 kg。既往黄疸型肝炎病史48年;酒精性脂肪性肝炎病史20年;胆囊切除术后11年; 2型糖尿病病史8年,应用胰岛素治疗,血糖控制欠佳。否认乙型
