摘要: <正>IgG4相关硬化性胆管炎（IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis,IgG4-RSC）是近几年新发现和认识的一种胆道疾病,主要临床表现为梗阻性黄疸、发热、皮肤瘙痒,血清Ig G4及转氨酶水平升高等。多数患者对激素治疗敏感,属于自身免疫性疾病的一种。现报道1例临床漏诊的IgG4-RSC。1病例资料患者男性,66岁,因"进行性皮肤巩膜黄染伴瘙痒14 d"于
