Acute hepatitis E with hyperthyroidism: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者男性,29岁,因"目黄、面黄、皮肤瘙痒7 d"于2016年9月6日入本院。患者7 d前无明显诱因出现目黄面黄、皮肤瘙痒等表现,同时有恶心、厌食、厌油腻症状,无呕吐,就诊于当地医院化验肝功能提示转氨酶及胆红素明显升高,给予保肝、退黄治疗(具体不详)后未见好转,未明确诊断,为求进一步诊治入本院。病程中间断有心慌、心悸,尿色加深,间断腹痛、腹泻,无腹胀,饮食差,睡眠可,近期体质量减轻约4 kg。既往:双
