摘要

摘要: 门静脉系统癌栓是影响恶性肿瘤患者治疗方式以及预后的重要因素之一,门静脉系统癌栓的早期诊断和治疗对于改善患者预后具有重要意义,然而现阶段针对门静脉系统癌栓的诊断及治疗仍未形成规范、统一的指南。就门静脉系统癌栓的来源及诊疗进展进行综述。

Abstract: Portal vein tumor thrombosis is one of the important factors that affect the treatment and prognosis of patients with malignancies.The early diagnosis and treatment of portal vein tumor thrombosis is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients. However, at present, there is no standard and unified guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of portal vein tumor thrombosis. This article reviews the source as well as the advances in diagnosis and treatment of portal vein tumor thrombosis.
