Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenoma with solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in pregnancy: A case report and literature review

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,30岁,因"停经65 d,发现左侧腹腔囊性肿物10 d"入本院治疗。患者诉停经55 d外院超声检查提示早孕,左侧腹腔肿物。为求进一步治疗来本院就诊,门诊以"早孕,腹腔占位"收入本科。患者自发病来偶有左下腹不适,可忍受,无合房出血、无腹痛、无发热,无自觉头晕、无乏力,饮食、睡眠可,大、小便正常,体质量未见明显下降。既往史:否认糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等疾病史,否认结核、肝炎等传染病史,否认
