摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,60岁,因"体检发现肝占位,胆囊结石4 d"于2017年10月20日入住本院。患者4 d前体检时发现肝脏囊性占位性病变,进一步行腹部增强CT检查提示:肝占位(囊腺癌可能性大),未行任何治疗,为求进一步治疗就诊于本院,门诊以"肝占位"收入。近期患者饮食睡眠尚可,无恶心、呕吐,无发热,体质量无明显变化,大、小便如常,病程中患者无其他特殊不适。既往:体健。查体:皮肤巩膜无黄染,无肝掌、蜘蛛
