Research history and perspectives of autoimmune pancreatitis

  • 摘要: 自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)的相关研究近年来进展迅速,引发诸多临床关注。回顾了对AIP认识的历程,比较了AIP诊断标准的变迁,着重介绍了新的国际共识诊断标准以及1、2型AIP的诊断标准。简要阐述了AIP治疗的新进展——从激素治疗到免疫抑制剂的应用,从不同角度指出了临床需要关注的问题,提出了AIP的未来研究方向。
