摘要

摘要: 自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)的相关研究近年来进展迅速,引发诸多临床关注。回顾了对AIP认识的历程,比较了AIP诊断标准的变迁,着重介绍了新的国际共识诊断标准以及1、2型AIP的诊断标准。简要阐述了AIP治疗的新进展——从激素治疗到免疫抑制剂的应用,从不同角度指出了临床需要关注的问题,提出了AIP的未来研究方向。

Abstract: The research on autoimmune pancreatitis ( AIP) has progressed rapidly in recent years, causing a lot of clinical concerns. This article reviews the history of the understanding of AIP and the changes in the diagnostic criteria for AIP, with highlights on the new international diagnostic criteria and the diagnostic criteria for type 1 and type 2 AIP. This article also elaborates on the new advances in the treatment of AIP, from hormone therapy to the application of immunosuppressants, points out the issues which need to be considered in clinical practice, and proposes the future research directions for AIP.
