Research advances in the diagnosis and treatment of serous microcystic adenoma of pancreas

摘要

摘要: 胰腺浆液性微囊性腺瘤(SMAP)是胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤的少见类型,主要病理特征为众多小囊围绕中央星状瘢痕构成,囊内衬有形态一致且富含糖原的立方形上皮细胞。该病发病率低,临床误诊误治多见。介绍了SMAP的临床特征、病理诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗措施等方面,旨在进一步提升临床医师对SMAP的临床诊断和治疗水平。

Abstract: Serous microcystic adenoma of pancreas ( SMAP) is a rare type of serous cystadenoma of the pancreas, and its major pathological features include the formation of many small sacs around the central stellate scar and glycogen-rich cubic epithelial cells with the same shape in the sacs. SMAP has a low incidence rate and misdiagnosis and mistreatment are commonly seen in clinical practice. This article describes the clinical features, pathological diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment measures of SMAP, in order to further enhance the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SMAP.
