摘要

摘要: HCV具有嗜肝细胞和嗜淋巴细胞特性,不仅感染肝细胞,还可在肝外组织和外周血单个核细胞存活复制。慢性HCV感染存在多种多样的肝外表现,如血液系统疾病(混合型冷球蛋白血症、非霍奇金淋巴瘤)、皮肤系统疾病(扁平苔藓、迟发性皮肤卟啉症)、内分泌疾病(糖尿病、甲状腺炎)、风湿免疫病(关节炎、干燥综合征)等。对慢性HCV感染的肝外表现相关研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: As a hepato-and lymphotropic virus, hepatitis C virus ( HCV) not only infects hepatocytes, but also replicates in extrahepatic tissues and peripheral blood mononucleated cells. Chronic HCV infection is known to be associated with a wide variety of extrahepatic manifestations, such as hematological diseases ( mixed cryoglobulinemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma) , dermatological diseases ( lichen planu and porphyria cutanea tarda) , endocrine disorders ( diabetes mellitus and thyroiditis) , rheumatic diseases ( arthritis and sicca syndrome) , and so on. This article reviews research advances in the extrahepatic manifestations of chronic HCV infection.
