摘要

摘要: <正>肝窦阻塞综合征(hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome,HSOS)是一种病因复杂、临床表现缺乏特异性的罕见病,国内报道多为服用土三七所致。由于该病早期诊断困难,所以易延误病情,并发展为重症合并多器官功能衰竭,且目前尚无特效药物治疗,病死率高。近年来,HSOS越来越受到临床重视。本文通过对1例HSOS致死病例分析并文献复习,以加强临床医生对该病的认识,同时提出HSOS伴门静脉系统血栓形成提示预后不良。
