摘要: <正>妊娠晚期慢加急性肝衰竭的病因众多[1],常见原因包括病毒感染、药物因素、遗传性肝病、妊娠期急性脂肪肝等[2]。我国是HBV感染高发区,孕妇产前检查HBV感染率为11.2%～12.5%[3],由于妊娠期间肝脏负担明显加重,故在我国妊娠合并HBV感染是妊娠晚期出现肝衰竭的首要原因,一旦发生,母婴病死率高达80%以上[4-5],因此临床应极为重视。本文对1例妊娠晚期肝衰竭患者的救治及随访过程进行回顾性分析,以
