Diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic portal hypertension: A case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,26岁,因"腹胀3个月伴加重10 d"于2016年10月10日入本院。患者3个月前无明显诱因出现腹胀,就诊于本院消化内科,行相关检查提示:肝硬化、巨脾、门静脉高压、重度贫血,血常规提示三系明显降低,行骨髓穿刺提示:缺铁性贫血。诊断为:门静脉高压,脾功能亢进,经系统保肝,降门静脉压治疗后有所好转出院,患者自诉腹胀加重10 d,为求进一步诊治入本院,门诊以"脾功能亢进"收入本科。病程中患者
