摘要

摘要: 趋化因子/受体在炎症、组织损伤等病理生理活动中的作用已较为明确,近年来越来越多的研究集中其在肿瘤微环境中对肿瘤的影响。总结了近年来CC亚族趋化因子配体20(CCL20)及其受体CCR6在肝癌及其他肿瘤中的研究进展,分析其推动肿瘤进展的可能机制及其对肿瘤预后的影响。阻断CCL20/CCR6的相互作用,可能为肝癌的靶向治疗提供新的方向。

Abstract: The role of chemokines/receptors in the pathophysiological activities such as inflammation and tissue injury has been clarified. In recent years, there have been increasing studies on their effect on tumors in the tumor microenvironment. This article reviews research advances in C-C motif chemokine ligand 20 (CCL20) and its receptor CCR6 in liver cancer and other tumors in recent years and analyzes the possible mechanism by which CCL20 and CCR6 promote tumor progression and their effect on tumor prognosis. Blocking CCL20/CCR6 interaction may provide a new direction for the targeted therapy for liver cancer.
