Portal hypertension caused by pancreatic tuberculosis: A case report

摘要

摘要: <正>结核病在发展中国家是常见病,其发病率在近年呈上升趋势,但胰腺结核报道相对罕见。其尸检发现率仅为2.1%～4.7%[1-2],报道粟粒性结核尸检累及胰腺者为4.7%～14%。近年国外有关胰腺结核的报道有增加趋势[3]。胰腺结核患者的临床表现多样,无特异性,术前诊断困难,易被误诊为胰腺肿瘤而行手术治疗,给患者增加痛苦[4]。现报道1例以胰源性门静脉高压为首发症状的结核病患者。
