A case of intrahepatic biliary cystadenoma

摘要: <正>肝内胆管囊腺瘤(intrahepatic biliary cystadenoma,IBC)属肝内胆管上皮源性肿瘤[1],临床较少见,好发于中老年女性[2]。其临床表现不典型,术前无特异性确诊手段,易误诊为肝囊肿等其他疾病。该病易复发,有恶变潜能,因此治疗上需完整切除。现报道IBC 1例并文献复习,探讨其诊断、治疗方法,提高对该病的认识。1病例资料患者女性,21岁,3年前体检发现肝肿物,诊断为肝囊肿,于当地市中心医院行腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术,术中见囊肿位
