摘要: <正>系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种可致多系统损伤的慢性自身免疫性疾病,在我国患病率为30.13/10万~70.41/10万[1],多发生于育龄期女性。原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)是一种以肝脏为主要靶器官的自身免疫性疾病,易合并其他自身免疫性疾病,如干燥综合征、桥本氏甲状腺炎、类风湿关节炎、雷诺病等,但合并SLE少见。为提高
