摘要

摘要: <正>肝内胆管乳头状瘤（intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile ducts,IPN-B）是一种临床罕见病变,呈多发性,可累及肝内胆管,也可发生于肝外胆管系统。本病缺乏特异性临床表现,术前诊断困难,极易误诊为胆管结石或其他胆管肿瘤。现将本院确诊的1例IPN-B报道如下。1病例资料患者女性,58岁,因"发现胆管内肿物14个月,右侧腰背
