  • 摘要:

    <正>中国是胰腺癌高发区域(本共识所指胰腺癌是指起源于胰腺导管上皮的恶性肿瘤,包括导管腺癌、腺鳞癌、胶样癌等),发病率整体呈上升趋势,>65岁老年人的胰腺癌发病率已达到高发国家水平,1998年至2007年统计资料显示城市男性粗发病率每年以1.86%的比例上升,女性粗发病率每年上升2.1%;20世纪70年代,死于胰腺癌的病例相对少见,第1次全国死因回顾抽样调查没有单列,20世纪90年代第2
