摘要:
<正>肝吸虫病起病隐匿,早期临床症状不典型,没有特异性体征[1],轻症者常无症状,虫卵检出率低,易漏诊、误诊。现将1例曾被误诊为肝占位（肝内胆管细胞癌可能性大）的肝吸虫病的病例报道如下。1病例资料患者女性,54岁,内蒙古乌兰浩特人,因"咳嗽、咳痰1个月,发现肝脏占位性病变10 d"于2017年4月8日入院。患者缘于2017年3月无明显诱因出现咳嗽,偶有咳痰,就诊于乌兰
