Application of new endoscopic techniques in diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary diseases

  • 摘要:

    传统影像学主要包括经腹超声、电子计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像,在胆胰疾病的诊断方面往往存在困难。内镜技术可以贴近消化道管腔,对胆胰进行近距离扫查而获得高清晰度的图像,在胆胰疾病的诊断中具有重要地位。经内镜逆行胆胰管造影、内镜超声检查术、导管内超声以及子镜直视光纤系统等新技术迅速发展,使胆胰疾病诊断的准确率不断提高,就内镜技术在胆胰疾病中的新进展做一探讨。
