Ceftriaxone-induced gallstones: a case report and literature review

<正>1病例资料患儿女性,5岁7个月。因"发热、咽痛1 d"于2017年1月9日入院。患儿于入院前1 d活动后受凉,随后出现发热,体温最高38.5℃,自诉咽痛,伴畏寒,偶咳,痰少,色白。无鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏,无恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻,患儿家属给予"三九感冒颗粒"口服,患儿体温可暂时下降,但不久后复上升,咽痛加重。入院查体:体温37.7℃,心率109次/min,呼吸20次/min,体质量21 kg。咽部充血,双侧扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大,其上可见
