A case of primary hepatic lymphoma initially presenting as autoimmune hemolytic anemia

<正>1病例资料患者男性,60岁,因"心慌、乏力2个月,加重1 d"于2017年5月5日入本院。2个月前无明显诱因出现心慌、乏力,活动后明显,无发热,无咳嗽、咳痰,无腹痛、腹泻,进食可,近期体质量未见明显变化。入院前1 d乏力症状明显加重,平地走路时自觉疲乏。入院查体:中度贫血貌,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,全身皮肤浅表淋巴结未及肿大;心率82次/min,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及额外心音及杂音;双肺听诊未闻及干湿罗音;腹软,无压痛、
