Prednisolone combined with hyperbaric oxygen used to control radiation-induced gastritis after radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma: a case report

摘要:
<正>放射性胃炎是较少见的一类肿瘤放疗后并发症,随着放射治疗在肝癌、食管癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌等上腹部肿瘤中的应用,作为相邻器官的胃、十二指肠也会受到一定剂量的照射,胃肠组织的耐受剂量为45~55 Gy[1],当大于这个剂量时会造成胃肠黏膜放射性损伤,引起一系列的消化道症状,如厌食、恶心、呕吐、腹胀等,重者可引起消化道出血[2]。吉林大学第一医院收治1例肝细胞癌放疗后出现消化道出血患者,经治疗后病情
