A risk assessment of disease progression after virus elimination with chronic hepatitis C

  • 摘要: 综合世界各地多个基于干扰素α和聚乙二醇干扰素α的临床研究,慢性丙型肝炎患者进行抗病毒治疗并取得丙型肝炎病毒清除后能有效缓解甚至逆转肝纤维化,降低肝硬化失代偿和相关并发症发生率以及肝细胞癌的发生,提高生存率。
