Current status of non-surgical local therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma originating from the caudate lobe and related research advances

  • 摘要:

    尾状叶肝细胞癌是一种特殊部位的肝细胞癌,手术切除是其传统治疗手段。但是,由于尾状叶解剖位置特殊及其结构复杂,手术切除特别是腹腔镜下切除,常有困难。近十年来,射频消融、微波消融、经肝动脉化疗栓塞术、无水酒精注射、放射治疗等非手术局部治疗方法在尾状叶肝细胞癌的综合治疗中发挥了越来越重要的作用,成为了许多不适合手术切除尾状叶肝细胞癌患者的首选治疗方式。针对尾状叶肝细胞癌的非手术局部治疗方法的现状及进展进行了讨论。
