A case report of benign recurrent intrahepatic cholestasis

<正>1病例资料患者男性,25岁,因"反复肤目黄染9年,再发1个月余,加重1周"于2017年3月3日入本院治疗。2008年患者无明显诱因出现皮肤瘙痒,肤目黄染,就诊于外院,查肝功能:TBil307.6μmol/L,DBil 253.5μmol/L,Alb 34.4 g/L,ALT 17 U/L,AST 42 U/L;查甲、乙、丙、丁、戊型肝炎抗体均阴性,入院诊断:
