Research advances in immune factors for the prognosis of patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure

  • 摘要: 慢加急性肝衰竭(ACLF)在我国较为常见,其发病机制复杂,临床救治困难,预后极差,多种因素会影响ACLF患者预后。从免疫细胞和细胞因子两个方面,阐述了其在ACLF中的变化及其对ACLF预后的影响,旨在探索与ACLF预后相关的新的生物标志物,从而对临床治疗进行干预,最终改善ACLF患者的预后。
