A case of splenic hamartoma

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,28岁,因"左侧腰部疼痛不适1周"入吉林大学第一医院。患者于1周前无明显诱因出现左侧腰部疼痛不适,于2017年3月8日就诊于本院门诊,行肝胆脾胰CT平扫,提示脾脏内类圆形低密度影。为明确占位性质,2017年3月9日于本院肝胆胰外二科住院。病程中无头晕头痛,无咳嗽、咳痰,无恶心、呕吐,无腹胀,二便正常,饮食可,睡眠可,近期体质量未见
