摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,48岁,因"双下肢水肿1个月,加重伴腹胀1周"于2017年3月22日入本院。患者于入院前1个月无明显诱因出现双下肢凹陷性水肿,无其他伴随症状,就诊于当地中医门诊,考虑"肾脏疾病"所致,给予中药汤剂(具体药物组成不详)口服后效果不佳。1周前,患者双下肢水肿较前加重,伴腹胀,进食后加重,伴间断左上腹隐痛,伴轻度视物模糊,遂至当地医院查彩超示腹水,为求进一步诊治入本院。既往发现间
