Research advances in drug-induced autoimmune hepatitis

  • 摘要: 药物诱导的自身免疫性肝炎是由药物触发自身免疫系统导致的肝损伤,约占药物性肝损伤的6%~22%。目前,药物诱导的自身免疫性肝炎的发病机制尚未完全阐明,亦无特异性的诊断标准,临床诊断困难。重点介绍药物诱导的自身免疫性肝炎的发病情况、危险因素、发病机制、临床特征等方面的研究进展,以增强临床医生对这一特殊类型肝损伤的认识,提高对药物诱导的自身免疫性肝炎的诊断及治疗水平。
