Systemic lupus erythematosus with acute pancreatitis as the initial presentation:a case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,48岁,因上腹部胀痛2个月,加重2周于2017年2月22日入院。缘于2个月前无明显诱因出现上腹部疼痛,为持续性胀痛,前倾位可缓解,进食后加重,无恶心、呕吐、发热,因未影响日常生活未诊治。2周前出现上述症状加重,伴发热,最高体温38.0℃,热型无规律,无寒战、盗汗,于当地医院行全腹CT提示胰腺炎、胆囊炎,给予抑制胰酶分泌、降低胰酶活性、头孢抗感染等对症治疗,症状未好转。3 d前出现腹痛症状加重,遂以"急性胰腺炎"收入本院。既往体健,近1年出现脱发、口干、眼干,未诊治,否认饮酒史。查体:体温
