摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,30岁,因"慢性肝炎2年,右上腹疼痛伴尿黄1d"于2017年3月24日入本院。患者自2015年2月至本次发病期间曾反复多次因右上腹疼痛伴肝功能异常住院治疗,均经抗生素抗感染及常规保肝治疗后好转,末次出院诊断"慢性肝炎(未定型),胆道感染"。既往体健,否认其他慢性病史,无烟酒等不良嗜好。入院前1 d,患者进食油腻食物后夜间复发右上腹疼痛,伴尿色加深,乏力,无发热及其他特殊不适。急诊血常规:白细胞5.25×10~9/L,中性粒细胞百分比72.74%,中
