<正>1引言世界胃肠病学组织（world gastroenterology organisation,WGO）成立于1958年,目前有110个成员国,致力于向全球一般公众和卫生保健专业人士提供消化系统疾病的教育、培训及知识宣传。近期WGO发布了最新版丙型肝炎指南,详细论述了丙型肝炎的诊断、管理和预防[1]。不同于其他机构发布的指南,该指南面向全世界不同经济发展水平和卫生、医疗条件的国家,以诊疗方案"级联表（cascade）"的形式有针
