摘要

摘要: <正>胰体尾部切除术是治疗胰体尾部良恶性肿瘤、慢性胰腺炎、胰腺外伤等疾病的常用术式。随着腹腔镜技术的发展和微创理念的提出,腹腔镜技术在胰体尾部切除术中也逐渐得到应用。但是由于胰腺肿瘤发病率高,且为后腹膜器官,毗邻组织结构较多,手术难度大,且学习曲线较长,所以腹腔镜手术在胰腺疾病
