摘要

摘要: 胆汁淤积性肝病是婴儿期最常见的疾病,其病因复杂,预后不一,内科保守治疗及常规外科手术治疗效果欠佳,肝移植在治疗失代偿期的肝内型胆汁淤积性肝病及胆道闭锁上的优势明显,就婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗等方面的热点问题进行总结和展望。

Abstract: Cholestatic liver disease is a common disease in infancy, and due to its complex etiology and different outcomes, conservative medical treatment and conventional surgery lack therapeutic effect. Liver transplantation has obvious advantages in the treatment of decompensated intrahepatic cholestatic liver disease and biliary atresia. This article summarizes the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of infantile cholestatic liver disease, as well as related perspectives.
