Research advances in predisposing factors for acute-on-chronic hepatitis B liver failure

  • 摘要: 我国大部分慢加急性肝衰竭的病因源于HBV,所以乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭是目前面临的最具挑战性的公共卫生问题之一。特别是随着长期服用核苷和核苷酸类药物用药时间的延长、各种药物的滥用以及经济文化多样化引起的大众饮酒习惯的改变,导致乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的诱因趋于复杂化。分析这种现象发生的原因,有助于在临床早期预防乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的发生,从而降低病死率。
