摘要:
<正>我国是肝癌大国,全球每年一半以上的新发肝癌病例发生在中国。我国的肝癌患者有其自身的特点,多具有肝炎和肝硬化背景,这与肿瘤的治疗方式选择和预后密切相关。国家卫生和计划生育委员会在2011年发布了我国原发性肝癌诊疗规范[1],倡导以外科为主的多学科联合的综合治疗。这部具有中国特色的肝癌诊疗规范的出台有非常重要的现实意义,它为全世界的肝癌诊治提供了中国经验。近些年随着对该
