<正>肝血管瘤是最常见的肝脏良性肿瘤。文献[1-6]报告,普通人群肝血管瘤的发病率为0.4%20%,尸检发现率为0.4%7.3%。肝血管瘤多数生长缓慢,无恶变倾向,自发破裂者少见。如果瘤体较小,无明显临床症状,可随访观察;如果血管瘤体积较大（≥5cm）,生长趋势明显或（和）产生明显临床症状时,常需要积极治疗[7-11]。近十多年来,射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,
