摘要: <正>1病例资料女性患儿,7岁,1个月前因体检发现AFP>1210 ng/ml,遂进一步查肝脏增强磁共振提示:肝右前叶占位,考虑为恶性肿瘤,肝硬化伴多发结节,脾大。2010年3月22日以"肝占位"收治入上海东方肝胆外科医院。既往史:患儿出生3个月时曾诊断患有巨细胞病毒性肝炎,AFP明显升高,经过保肝治
