Combined neuroendocrine carcinoma and stones of the gallbladder:a case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,72岁,无明显诱因出现"右上腹痛1个月,无腹胀,无发热寒战,无皮肤及巩膜黄染,腹痛症状反复发作且逐渐加重",于2015年7月1日入本院治疗。体格检查:腹平软,腹型对称,右上腹轻压痛,无反跳痛,未触及明显包块,墨菲征阴性。生化检查:Alb 38.8 g/L,TBil 22.7μmol/L,DBil 5.9μmol/L,ALT 23U/L,AST 24 U/L;AFP、CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5均阴性。
