摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,77岁,因"腹胀、乏力、纳差10年,加重1周"于2013年7月13日入本院。10年前患者因腹胀、乏力、纳差在当地医院诊断为失代偿期肝硬化合并腹水,当时未能明确肝硬化病因,给予保肝、利尿等治疗后症状缓解。近1周患者上述症状再次加重,伴持续性腹痛,无恶心、呕吐、黑便和身目黄染等。查体:腹部膨隆,腹壁静脉显露,全腹压痛、反跳痛,脾大,左锁骨中线肋下2 cm触及,质硬光滑,有触痛,墨
