<正>1晚期胰腺癌的定义本指南所指晚期胰腺癌(advanced pancreatic carcinoma,APC)为胰腺导管细胞癌,已发生局部和(或)远处转移,无法进行外科手术切除[1],TNM分期在T3N0M0以上,具体分期见表1。
